What We Collect
Email Addresses
We collect your email address when you:
- Subscribe to our newsletter
- Register on our site
- Download email-gated tools (e.g., TigerTanda)
- Purchase software
- Contact us through the support form
Payment Information
When you purchase software (Hisstory, TigerTag), payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number or payment details. We receive only your email address and confirmation of payment from Stripe.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Form Submissions
Support and registration forms are processed by Netlify. Submissions include the information you provide (name, email, message) and are stored in our Netlify dashboard.
License Activation Data
When you activate a purchased product, basic activation data (machine fingerprint and email) is processed by our licensing provider to enforce the single-machine license. We do not collect or store details about your computer beyond what is needed for activation.
How We Use Your Data
- Deliver products: Send license keys and download links for purchased software.
- Product updates: Send updates about new features and releases, only if you subscribed.
- Support: Respond to your questions and help with license issues.
- Improve the site: Use aggregate, anonymous analytics to understand which pages and tools are most useful.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the site. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Receives your payment and email.
- Resend — Email delivery. Receives your email address for newsletters and transactional emails.
- Google Analytics — Site analytics. Receives anonymous usage data via cookies.
- Netlify — Hosting and form processing. Receives form submissions and serves the site.
Cookies

- Email and license data are retained as long as your account or subscription is active.
- Form submissions are retained in Netlify for as long as needed to resolve your request.
- Analytics data retention is governed by Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at tangotoolkit@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate and improve The Tango Toolkit.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
